1.
Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how
subscription cancellations, refunds, and account access are handled for Rovyn
Payroll, a product of Rovyn Group ("Rovyn Payroll",
"we", "our", or "us").
By subscribing to Rovyn Payroll, you agree to this Policy.
2.
Free Trial Refund Policy
Customers who subscribe to a paid plan after a free trial
may request a full refund within 14 days of the start of their
paid subscription.
To be eligible:
- Your
refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the paid
subscription beginning.
- Your
account must be in good standing.
- Refund
requests must be made by contacting our support team.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment
method where possible.
3.
Standard Subscription Refund Policy
For subscriptions that are not covered by the 14-day trial
refund period, customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of
the subscription renewal or initial billing date.
Refund requests submitted after fourteen (14) days from the
charge date will generally not be eligible for a refund, except where required
by applicable law or at Rovyn Group's discretion.
4.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your
business name
- Account
email address
- Date
of payment
- Reason
for the refund request
Refund requests should be sent to: support@rovyngroup.com
We aim to review refund requests promptly and will notify
you of the outcome by email.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to
10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial
institution.
5.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your
Rovyn Payroll account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future recurring billing. Unless a
refund is approved under this Policy, your subscription will remain active
until the end of the current paid billing period.
No additional charges will be made after cancellation unless
you choose to reactivate your subscription.
6.
Access to Your Payroll Data After Cancellation
After your subscription has been cancelled or expires, you
will continue to have access to your paid account for 48 hours.
During this period, you may:
- Download
payroll reports
- Download
employee records
- Export
payroll history
- Download
payslips
- Export
other available business information from your account
After the 48-hour access period expires:
- Your
paid account access will be disabled.
- Payroll
processing features will no longer be available.
- Access
to subscription-only data and functionality will be removed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they download any
information they require before the end of the 48-hour access period.
7.
Data Retention
Following the expiration of the 48-hour access period, Rovyn
Group may retain customer data for a limited period in accordance with our
Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup procedures, and applicable laws.
Retention of data does not guarantee continued customer
access or account restoration.
8.
Exceptions
Refunds may be refused where:
- The
request falls outside the applicable refund period.
- Fraudulent
or abusive activity is suspected.
- Payment
was disputed through a financial institution before contacting us.

applicable law.
